Boards of Review for Star and Life Ranks are not held during a Troop meeting or camp outs.  The Scout needs to schedule the board of review by calling Mrs. Collaro at 908-995-0940.

A copy of the Merit Badge Counselors is available in a binder at each troop meeting.  Find the name of a counselor for the merit badge you want to do and make contact with the counselor.  Counselors don't coming looking for you.
