KLONDIKE:  Jan. 27-29  Yards Creek - PAYMENT FOR THE EVENT IS NEEDED AT THIS NEXT MEETING.  01/04.2012.

   I need those of you that are going to the Klondike to bring in your payment this Wednesday.  I will be collecting the fee for the event during this meeting, 01/04/2012, at the school.  Follow the information below in BOLD and pick the payment type that fits your needs.

       Klondike fee $16.00 per scout attending.

       Klondike fee $8.00 per adult attending.

       Chow fee $15.00 per scout and/or adults tha tare staying overnight with the Troop on any combination of the days.

       Those scouts that are attending on Saturday only, need to have eaten breakfast at home and pack a lunch. Start time is at 9:15AM after the opening flag ceremony and ends at 4:00PM. A good arrival time to base camp, Troop 187, would be 8:15AM at the earliest.  Parents of the scouts that are attending and or leaving on Saturday, should pick up their scout/s at 4:15PM, if they do not want to stay for the sled race.  If staying for sled race pickup 5:00PM.
